If you are unfamiliar with online booking methods, in particular with PayPal,
the following notes may help you.
Clicking on the top menu item 'List of Organised Tours' displays a list of all the Rugby League Tours currently available. You need to scroll down to see the complete list.
All the games are listed in the left column with dates and accommodation information to the right. Moving the mouse over the extreme right column (BOOK/REGISTER) causes the text to change to red. Clicking this will link you to even more information about that particular tour and also to the ONLINE BOOKING form.
As you scroll down the DETAILS for the tour, you will come to the ONLINE BOOKING FORM.
This is fairly self-explanatory but a few points are worth mentioning.
The first box asks you to type in the name of the tour you wish to book. This is a security feature to ensure that when your booking arrives in the Mayfair office there is no doubt which tour it is that you wish to book. You can either copy and paste the name of the tour (written in red just above the form) or you can type in an abbreviation (e.g. wigan in france) as long as it is quite clear which tour you wish to book.
Enter your title (e.g. Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms etc) followed by your first name and second name and then your address details including the post code. This must be the name and address of the person making the booking.
Indicate number of adults and number of children travelling; also if any single rooms are required. Further down the form you are asked to give the names of any additional persons travelling (i.e. additional to the person making the booking). Please ensure that you give Title, First name and Second name for each person - including children.
You are then asked to click the YES box to indicate that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. We don't have loads and loads of fine print - just very simple straightforward bits of information that you are advised to read before booking. You can read them by clicking HERE.
Most tour bookings can be secured by paying a MINIMUM DEPOSIT or you can pay in full at the time of booking. The amount of minimum deposit required will be clearly stated on the booking form (as in the example below).

Calculate the amount to pay and type that amount in the 'Amount you wish to pay' box. If you have made a mistake or you wish to cancel your booking, simply click on 'Clear'. Otherwise click on 'Submit'. This will send your booking details to Mayfair and will connect you to the payment site.
You don't need to have a PayPal account to book a Mayfair tour - as you will see below you are given two options: (i) use your PayPal account (ii) use your Debit or Credit card.
But PayPal is a very safe way to shop online and once set up you don't need to worry about typing in credit card details because these are held safely and conveniently for you on the PayPal siite.

(may take a few seconds or so to load - but it's worth waiting for)
When you connect to the PayPal site you will first of all see that you are making a payment to Mayfair World Travel and the amount you entered in the booking form will be displayed to confirm how much you are about to pay.

You are given TWO OPTIONS:
(i) Use your PayPal account
(ii) Use a Debit or Credit card (e.g. Visa or Maestro)
If you have a PayPal account then simply login in the usual way. If you don't have a PayPal account you can either sign up for one or opt to pay by credit/debit card. Look out for the option on the lower left of the screen.
Click 'Continue'
This then takes you to a pretty standard online payment dialogue. Complete the details and click through as instructed. You will receive a receipt from PayPal immediately on the email address you quoted.
So do please ensure that you type in your email address correctly.

In a few days you will also receive a confirmation from Mayfair plus an invoice for any outstanding balance and instructions as to when the balance should be paid.
If you still have difficulty in making your booking online, please contact Mike in the office and he will take your booking over the phone if you prefer.
